Terms of Service

Football Ranked is a football statistics site. We publish player ratings, team and national-team Elo, market-value estimates, and probabilistic forecasts and simulations of matches, seasons and tournaments.

Everything here is for information and entertainment only. Our ratings and forecasts are model outputs, not statements of fact and not predictions of what will happen. They are not betting or gambling advice, and we don’t guarantee that any number, forecast or piece of match data is accurate, complete or up to date. Any decision you make based on the site is your own.

A free account lets you save preferences and unlock more of the site. Accounts are created and signed in through our authentication provider (Supabase) using an email magic link, Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account.

One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, break these terms, or put the site or other users at risk.

Football Ranked Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the interactive simulator and the full depth of the site. It costs €3.99 per month or €29.99 per year, plus any tax that applies where you live.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your account; when you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and simply doesn’t renew after that.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe; checkout happens on their pages, and we never see or store your card details. Prices may change — if they do, we’ll give you notice and the new price only takes effect from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you’d rather not continue.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms. If a purchase is refunded, the associated Pro access is removed.

For consumers in the EU/EEA: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because Pro is digital access that starts straight away, when you subscribe you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that, once performance has begun, the statutory withdrawal right applies as set out in law. This does not take away any refund you’re entitled to under applicable consumer law.

When you save and share a simulation, we create a public page for it (for example at footballranked.com/s/…). Anyone with the link can view it, so treat a share as public. We may remove shared content at our discretion — for example if it’s abused or causes problems.

The site, its design, and the ratings, Elo, values and forecasts we compute are ours. Underlying match and fixture data comes from third-party data providers and belongs to them or their licensors.

You’re welcome to use the site for your own personal enjoyment and to share individual pages. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our data or content at scale, or build a competing product from it, without our written permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its numbers are accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Ranked and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the site’s ratings, forecasts or data. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
